service business in 1954. Since then, SRI has grown into a complete
Commercial HVAC Sales and Service Company.

Swaidner
Refrigeration has many industrial
accounts, along with others where we make regular periodic
maintenance
checks. Installations are
made using a fully equipped construction trailer brought to the job-site
complete with all the necessary tools and material needed, so that
lost-time can be minimized. The SRI’s service trucks are properly
fitted with all of the major parts and Freon needed to do the job. SRI
provides 24 hour on call service where important AM calls are handled
most always by PM. Our
employees are equipped with cell phones so that the employees' can be in
contact with the store at all times.
SRI has a full-time office manager that is in daily from 8am –
4:30pm, this way all of your service calls to the store along with any
import questions that you might have can be can be handled quickly.
Carrier
has one of the most complete lines of commercial air conditioning
available today. SRI offers
complete lines of Carrier equipment,
anything from water chillers to packed air conditioning. Some of the
Carrier equipment available includes Water Chillers from 15 to 160 ton
units, which are completely factory assembled and tested. These chillers
are ready to run, having part load automatic control, and staged
operation. All Carrier
chillers that are available can be air or water-cooled.
We also carry Carrier chillers with B.A.C. plate frame heat
exchangers for non-portable water-cooling. Packaged air
conditioning from Carrier is also available in air or water
cooled, and units range from 1.5 to 100 tons. Most packaged air
conditioning units have part load control. Two-piece Carrier air coolers
are ready to be delivered and can be shipped over night from Carrier
Midwest.
SRI offers and recommends the Baltimore Air Coil cooling tower and liquid coolers. The Baltimore Air Coil company representatives, works closely with our engineering department, to provide water cooling tower applications for year-round operation.
If
your requirements include chilling acids or caustic solutions, we can
help. SRI has developed, assembled
and installed an open plate chiller
tank all from 316 stainless steel for the electroplating industry. This
chiller has a PVC spray assembly the evenly distributes up to 50%
sulfuric-water solution on both sides of each plate. Chiller solution
piping is arranged so that solution is in contact with plate only while
refrigerated. SRI has produced this chiller many times for anodizing
processing. Its high ¾ ton capacity per H.P. with normal remote
air-cooling makes it a great choice for all of your processing needs.

price our 316 stainless steel open plate chiller for you.
SRI started
business as a food store refrigeration contractor. We have installed DOW
foam coolers and freezers and have expanded our line to include
prefabricated panel walk-ins. We offer our services in planning below
concrete insulated floor to those people wanting a cooler/freezer floor
flush with surrounding area. SRI will submit drawings and
recommendations to the masonry contractor. The DOW foam panels are
available with dimple painted steel and aluminum finishes, they are
quite durable and can be used outside. SRI offers a line of air-cooled
condensing units and coils by Climate Control for these coolers, to
provide you a turn-key installation. SRI has experienced installations
from food processors to mom-and-pop store coolers.
We assume all responsibility in a complete installation. We shall provide drawings, circulating pumps, proper pipe sizing, suggest best location, along with figuring the power and operating cost for you. We will originate a floor and lighting plan drawing, for any remodel application, providing you with a firm installed bid, including sheet metal. We are flexible, and offer either the very finest, or a budget priced, draft free air distribution system. We also assume all responsibility for best location, air distribution, and furnish year round periodic service and maintains.
